Oh! Such an interesting photo, I would like to write about it : )

Firstly, those colours! I can't believe such a moody combination has worked so well! Such an incredible contrast is created between the red and blue/greens of the background, it's pretty intense! At first I felt a little put off by this combination but then upon looking at the picture close up, felt that the clarity and concept behind it all really made it work for me.

The shot itself is wonderfully clear, I love that there isn't too much noise, it feels for some reason like that would have been a problem when using these colours but not so. I think in fact, the most effective technique used here is the positioning of the hands, they protectively encircle the berry but match it at the same time. Plus the paleness of the skin reflects the deep blues and greens of the surroundings, making an eery yet cheery-ish combination.

I think something that also helps those bright reds to work is that area of bright green near the top of the piece, since they complement each other on the colour wheel, or so it's said. It's also nice in a square crop and with a sprinkling of bokeh, just very very nicely put together.

Even those leaves on the strawberry work to combine with the rest of the picture, they are small yet ornate and dramatic, as if whilst being protected it is starting to flourish.

Incredibly well thought out and executed, I don't think I have much to add on what you might change here, but I certainly like to observe all the intricate things you've used to make this such a successful and unusual piece! Good job.
